All too often employer branding is put into a box that sits within Talent Acquisition (TA) or Human Resources (HR).  And yes, it is fantastic to have an internal employer brand team or representative but what is forgotten all too often, is that the employer brand is built, designed and owned by the employees.  Your employer brand on the most part, is why employees choose to get out of bed in the morning, why they enjoy their work and how they talk about it to their family, friends and peers, in conjunction with the overall company brand, mission and vision.  Therefore, the employer brand is organically grown and owned by the internal workforce, it is this audience and focus that is often forgotten, with the majority of EB efforts facing outwardly to support acquisition.  Empower EB aims to empower both audience sets internally and externally, increasing awareness within organisations of this simple yet fundamental principle.

Founder & CEO

I am extremely passionate about delivering well thought-out solutions that makes an impact.  I work and advise on employer brand strategies and execution. I move fast and love to come up with creative ideas to support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives and strategies.  I am extremely detail orientated and fascinated by what makes people tick, alongside the ins and outs of company and HR strategies and initiatives.  I thrive on identifying opportunities and gaps where people and teams can be brought together to maximise the collaboration and output.

Having worked within employer branding and recruitment marketing for over 12 years predominately across Europe and APAC. I have worked with many MNCs and SMEs supporting their recruitment and people strategies. Having worked within media and advertising agencies, an RPO, client-side and even within the HR tech start-up space, my skills lie in identifying and developing a compelling employer value proposition and then engaging talent through targeted communications and engagement activities.  I am passionate about driving forward and executing employer brand campaigns whilst developing effective and innovative talent attraction strategies, providing the best candidate application experience and proven ROI.
